Patisserie Valerie is in the mezzanine (balcony level) of the new King's Cross concourse which can be reached by escalators at each end.
After a takeover a few years ago, Patisserie Valerie has expanded rapidly from its Soho origins and now has branches across the UK. They are well known for cakes and pastries but also do sandwiches and cooked breakfasts. Although small, the King's Cross branch has seating inside and out.
